Hello

Im a complete noob at building PCs so would like help from knowledgeable and experienced people.

Main reason why I want to build a gaming PC is to DayZ so any help will be very appreciated.

I have very small budget £300-£400 ($650) so will be using dated components something like GTS 450 or HD6670 or preferably HD 6850.

Will need:

CPU
Motherboard
RAM
GPU
PSU
CASE and if necessary a fan cooler.

Solution
Do you have any salvaged parts? If you can salvage an HDD and DVD drive, you've saved $100/~£63.

If not, I'd suggest an i3/Phenom II x4 and 4GB of RAM. A 7750 or 6770 or even 7770 will be good.
