Could the i7-3630QM bottleneck my system?

I'm thinking of getting a gaming laptop. I know desktops are much better, but I have no choice...

So, as the title says, my laptop will have an i7-3630QM CPU with a 6MB Cache, up to 3.4GHz, with a 2GB GDDR5 AMD Radeon™ HD 7970M GPU.

I plan on playing titles such as Crysis 2, BF3, ArmA II and other such games. Mostly FPSes. Could that setup run such games?

Will the GPU bottleneck the GPU? One downside to that laptop is the low amount of RAM ( 6GB1 DDR3 SDRAM at 1600MHz ). Could the RAM cause a bottleneck as well?

I'm quite a newb at computer parts, so I'd like some simple answers. ;)

Thanks in advance for any answers.

  1. Forgot to mention this, if I try livestreaming and/or recording, what kind of hit could it have on this system?
  2. Simple answer is No. I am presuming that the ram can be upgraded but 6GB should be enough for gaming. That should run most games settings depending on resolution.
