Will this video card fit in this tower and will the power supply work?

Okay so I am getting a new computer and wondering if the video card will fit in the tower.

the problem with posing specs of a build is not all companies label the headroom for gpu legnth on their page. especially prebuilt oem companies

but the 550ti is a moderately smallish card so it will probably fit cases that arent slim.

So i will have no way of knowing until i open the tower and look?

the most you can do is find an image of the case open on its side, find out the orientation of the HDD bay, subtract the legnth +some from teh depth of the case and that would be the general card size, assuming that an HDD bay is present from the area across the PCI-E slot is.
