Giving away computer and building a new one.

Giving my xps 8300 to a friend in dire need of a computer. The only thing I'm keeping is my i7 2600 3.4 Ghz CPU and my hard drives and my saphire radeon hd 6850.
this is currently the build I'm looking at can you guys see if it would work or have any better suggestions.
