Shuttle SH67H7 with AMD Radeon™ HD 79XX???

Hi guys.


I want to buy a new graphic card and want to ask if it will work for my Shuttle XPC SH67H7?
I upgraded the 500W PSU PowerSupply.

Or have anybody a different suggestion about the graphic card?

I forgot to mention it that I already tried once this card (Gainward GTX-560 Ti Phantom 1GB GDDR5, https://www.digitec.ch/ProdukteDetails2.aspx?Reiter=Details&Artikel=208601) and it did not work.

That is why I want to be sure that I can use the new card as well. :lol:

ok from my research 500 watts wont do it MSI, and AMD both say that 500 is the minimum, but 650 is the recommended with 45 amps on the 12 volt rail that it will be connected to. its basically hit or miss, if it doesn't work, then you don't have enough amps. Hope this helps.

According to Shuttle Graphic card Support List for SH67H7, it should work with a "ASUS HD7970-3GD5" http://global.shuttle.com/products/productsSupportList?productId=1549.

However, I can't really believe it. Can anybody confirm it that it will definitely work...
