XFX 6670 RAM Issue

So i just recently upgraded my hp p6320y desktop with the XFX Radeon card. It seemed like a simple install just a snap into the motherboard and no extra power attachment to the card. I added a higher power source as well to handle the card. When I went to system requirements lab in order to determine what games I could run, it told me my card failed because it had 0 ram. Why?
