Advice on this new graphics card

Hi, I just wanted to know if this graphics card would be strong enough for games like Far Cry 3, Command and Conquer Generals 2, Skyrim, Crisis 1&2,etc..., oh nd also my budget is $00-200

My current system specs are:
AMD Phenoem II x4
500 watt power supply
1 terabyte hard drive
512mb ddr3 ATI radeon 6450

You could probably run it but they would be on low settings.

I would recommend this instead:

There is a big difference between the GTX 550 ti and the GTX 560.

If you could stretch your budget by $9 I would go for the $209 GTX 560Ti
