Upgrading to a new Internet-PC (Suggestions are welcome)

I recently built a new computer dedicated for music-production, and used the old one as an internet-PC (and everything else; games, movies, photoshop).

Thing is, about the old one, it's too noisy and slow (realized this after getting the new music-PC)..
It's a Pentium 4 - 3,4Ghz - 4GB RAM (DDR2)

So I thought I'd build a new PC that is better than that.. and also that's nice on the wallet.. ;)
I already have GFX-Card + PSU + Case + HDDs, etc.

I'm not concerned with futureproofing etc, just want it to be better than what I have now.. :)
I'm in Sweden and these are the options I'm considering:

Motherboard + CPU + RAM:
1 = 151€
ASRock A75M-HVS mATX
AMD Athlon2 X4 641 2.8GHz, FM1
Corsair 4GB (2x2048MB) CL9 1333Mhz VALUE

2 = 171€
Asrock 960GM-GS3 FX
AMD FX-4100 X4 3,6GHz
Corsair 4GB (2x2048MB) CL9 1333Mhz VALUE

3 = 107€
ASRock E350M1 Fusion
Corsair 4GB (2x2048MB) CL9 1333Mhz VALUE

It's, as far as I know, the cheapest alternatives I can find..
Thoughts?

id personally get a pentium g620 (its as fast as a fx4100. dont worry, its a sandy bridge pentium)+ a h61 motherboard of your choice. also, get 1066 or 1333 mhz memory. whichever one is cheaper

if it was up to me, id get the first one but id upgrade the chip to a a8 3850 or a a6 APU. they have better graphics

Thanks for the suggestions!

Pentium G620
ASRock B75 PRO3
Corsair 4GB (2x2048MB) CL9 1333Mhz VALUE
= 173€
It's the cheapest MoBo I can get.. so it's more expensive..

The GFX card I have is a Nvidia GeForce 7800 GT, and I'm sticking with it for now..
I have three Sata2 drives..
A 500W PSU..

If I go with the first option, and go with a AMD A6 X4 3670K 2,7GHz FM1, it would cost more than going with the FX-4100 option..

The first option would be a lot better than the 'Pentium 4 - 3,4GHZ' that I have now?
Or even the third cheapest option?

the onboard graphics (g620) might be better. plus, if the card that you have is not pci-e, it might not work

the apu has great graphics. much better than the card that you have probably

The 7800GT is PCIe and it can run Starcraft II, Fallout 3 + New Vegas.. haven't tried anything else..
Haven't really planned on running any demanding games..

The music-pc is a 'i5 3570K - 16GB RAM - Intel HD 4000 Graphics - Crucial M4 128GB SSD'
Going from that to the Pentium4 3,4GHz is really noticeably..
Just want something faster at a low price.. :)

ok then. it works. it should be better than the intergrated stuff

the pentium is not too far from a i5 3570 but its enough to tell the difference. still miles ahead of a pentium 4.
