Yes you can as long as they have the same amount of video memory, and same bios, so two 1.5gb 580's should be fine. Someone correct me if I'm wrong?!

yea mate it will work fine, they will just clock the same as the slowest card (e.g 750mhz and 725mhz in SLI the 750 one would clock to 725mhz) but there is always overlcocking :p  . have fun with your 580's

O.k. i appericiate the help. I hooked the cards up and the nivida panel would not recgonize the second card being the galaxy one. I tried an asus and msi sli bridge and still nothing. your expertise would be much appreciated. The clock speed on the galaxy card is 772, memory is 4008. The super clocked one is 797,4050. Im at a lost

When you SLI two different cards of different speeds, the higher clocked card will clock down to the speed of the lower clocked one ;)
