Here's the set-up so far, I need help finding an appropriate PSU. I plan on doing heavy programming for both software and web and using a VM as a server for a website. I plan on playing Diablo 3 and WoW, so would I need a sound card? Also, do I need a network card? I DO NOT need monitors.

Specs:

AZZA Fusion 4000 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811517017 - $265

Hitachi GST 1TB x3 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822145420 - $120 each

Samsung 830 Series 128GB HDD - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820147163 - $100

Intel Xeon E3-1230 3.2GHz Quad-Core - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115083 - $240

Quadro 600 1GB - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814133354 - $150

Kingston 16GB ECC DDR3 1333 RAM - www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820139271 - $135

SuperMicro ATX Intel Xeon E3 MoBo - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813182257 - $230

Asus DVD Burner/Drive - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827135204 - $20

Scythe 120mm x 38mm Case Fan x4 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185054 - $12 each

I chose the case because it supports dual system, so eventually I plan to build a Mini-ITX system for gaming. Two of the 1TB HDD are for the server, and will be run in RAID (Which RAID would be best though?). The third 1TB HDD is for programming. The SSD is strictly for Diablo 3 and WoW. I chose the Quadro 600 because I'll be doing a dual monitor set-up.

Questions:

1) Would this be able to run Diablo 3 and WoW at around medium settings?
2) What PSU would I need? In terms of wattage.
3) Do i need a sound card for games?
4) Do I need a network card?
5) Do I need to buy some extra fans for cooling?
6) How is the set-up in general?

-Thanks in advance guys.

are you planning to do anything with the quadro 600 that doesnt include games because it sucks at games.

i rather get a x79 system instead. xeons are the same as i7s other than the fact that xeons cost more, are slightly better, and support ecc memory (which i have yet to hear of a memory error causing bad things to happen)

The quadro ill be using for two high-res monitors, which is the main reason i got it. I wont play games that much, just once in a while, so performance isnt a big deal game-wise. I chose server components due to running a VM server 24/7 and i plan on being dual-CPU.

You didn't mention what your budget is. From what I have read, AMD cpus would be a better choice in running a VM. Especially if you are going to be running a VM for a website plus doing programming on the same box. I threw this together for you to consider:

If you plan to stick with an Intel cpu then I highly advise that you get an i7 or Xeon equivalent. You are going to need/want more than 4 cores.

What if I got dual Xeons? They'd be about $100 cheaper, would they still perform around the same? I was also thinking with the Fusion 4000 I could make a cheap server build, with a decent opteron and 8GB Memory for the ATX slot, then a gaming/programming set-up with the mini-ITX, or vice versa, probably vice versa.
