Matching CPU "Bus Speed"

Do I have to match the CPU Bus Speed to the memory speed of the ram and to the Memory supported on the Mobo?

Will it limit my cpu and make it slower or does matching memory speeds not matter?

Just buy memory off the M/B's supported memory list, don't bother getting anything above 1600Mhz unless it is the same price or cheaper. 8Gb is pretty much the standard now but 4Gb will still suffice.

I suggest you do some more research prior to buying since it seems there is still a lot for you to learn.

Your CPU's bus speed doesn't matter - if the board supports it, it supports the CPU - just plug it in without worrying about that. It's not the 90s anymore.
