750mb media disk

I have an old Sony Hi-Val 2x CD-R and was wondering if anyone knows if I could possibly use the 750mb media disk with this CD-R?

i think the only way you could be sure us to bite the bullet and try one.
best if you burn as slow as possible though... not that you have much choice with a 2x lol
