Can you guys tell me if this is a good system build, i'm going to start building my pc soon put this is currently my amazon basket, is there any suggestions/changes that you guys can make

What's your overall budget? There's no need to buy extra thermal compound, that Arctic Cooling fan is really no better than the stock fan - you're just wasting money there, and there's far better CPUs you could be going with than the FX-4100.

i wonder why arctic cooling is so bad

The Arctic Cooling fan I got was so poorly made that the casing housing the PWM fan broke into several pieces while I was installing it, and it didn't line up with AMD's mounts so I had to completely take apart the system to install the fan.
