Advice for a newbie building a budget gaming PC

Hi there, I'm looking to purchase everything that is required to build a budget gaming PC that will run Guild Wars 2 on max settings 1920x1080.

Here is what I have so far:

What have I forgot? And what needs changing? Is the graphics card okay or will I need a more powerful? Also I will have someone who knows what they're doing to help put it together.
