Which PSU should I get?

I'm stuck between these two:

Fatal1ty 750w:

Going ahead and caculating, I need a 500w PSU to run my system with an OC'ed 3570k and GTX660 SLI.

So, the question is, Seasonic, or Ocz? I wanted the Ocz because it matched my red/black theme, but the Seasonic had an emaculate reputation for GREAT service and awesome PSU's, so I'm not sure which I'll need.

Both are the same link. But if the Seasonic isn't modular then I would go with the Fatal.

The seasonic is better psu even with less 100w than the ocz, the seasonic has a single rail +12v 54A which is better than the ocz +12v multiple rails of 18A, and it's fully modular.
Seasonic psus are the best ones.

Yes - take dj's advice. I'm biased, I have a Seasonic X-650 and it
is outstanding.

Here's the thing both can put pull about 800w in the hardware secrets review, but the seasonic is 650w, it has better quality components, more energy efficient(80 plus gold), it has a better warranty and it's cheaper.
And for two 660 gtx max draw wattage is 300w, it leaves a considerable margin for 650w.

Not sure which review you were looking at, but the Fata1ity 750 output almost 1000w in the hardware secrets review to the Seasonic 800w.

It's a higher quality seasonic design vs a higher output OCZ. But that's splitting hairs. I doubt you would even notice the difference. They are both great units.

The seasonic pulled 800w, and didn't shut down or burned or exploded, meaning it could even get more load(yes it's risky) the ocz burned out of 980w under load.
