New PC

Hi all i just bought this pc few days ago:

CPU: Intel i5 2500k
GPU: Palit GTX 560 Ti 1 GB (256) GDDR5
MB: P8P67-M Asus
RAM: 2x 2GB DDR3 Silicon Power Xpower
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 500GB 7200rpm
No CD ROM, No Floppy, No Card Reader
Case has a 550w PSU.

Everything is connected correctly, all device's start up when i press the Power Up Button but there is one problem, on my monitor appear a message(and the only one nothing else) No Device Found after few seconds it goes into sleep mode, when i unplug the monitor it say as usual NO CABLE CONNECTION, i plug it again and same message NO DEVICE FOUND. Please Help!!!

My PSU has 4 pin ATX +12 volt power cable but i see on my mobo that i can plug in 8 pin EPS +12 volt power cable olso i can plug in to my GPU 2x 6 pin PCI Express power cable but i have available just 1, as i said everything starts when i power up my pc but anyway i want to ask may all this be a problem because of this insufficient 8 pin eps instead of 4 pin atx or 2x 6 pin PCI Express power cable instead of 1x 6 pin PCI Express power cable. By the way thank you AMD Radeon for your reply.
