Which to Upgrade?

I'm eventually going to be upgrading both my video card and my proccessor. The queston is which one should I upgrade first? Here's some of my specs. Tell me which one is basiclly most "Out of date" I guess is the word.

OS - Windows 7 64 - bit
Ram - 4 Gb RAM (Can't upgrade this. I have as much Ram as I could possibly have)
Processor - AMD Athlon Dual Core 3.0 ghz
Video card - Geforce 9800 GT 1gb



P.s - I didn't know which field to post this in!
And I don't know this will help, but Here's the two upgrades I wanted.

Video - HD Radeon 6850
Proccessor - AMD Phenom ii X6 2.7 ghz

CPU/ram /mobo is what I would upgrade. (not knowing what mobo or ram you have)
