I plan on getting a second 560ti for my computer relatively soon. My mother board has room for three two slot graphics cards. My current graphics card is on the highest slot. I was wondering should I put the new 560ti in the slot closest to it so they are almost touching or should I put it in the slot one lower so they have a couple inch gap. I'd imagine putting them farther apart would be best for cooling reasons. But you never know.

depends on how the board supports sli....look at the sli bridge that came with the motherboard stick it on your top card and look where it ends up...that will give you an idea where the second card has to go.....if they were intelligent in their design they would allow you to put two cards in sli in the top and bottoms slots for better cooling but you never know.
