MOBO + GPU + CPU Bottleneck?

hey there, I am planning on building a "gaming" orientated pc myself and these are the compantants i have pick out. My budget on the entire build is about $700.

CPU - AMD FX-4170 Zambezi 4.2GHz

GPU - SAPPHIRE 11188-22-20G Radeon HD 6950 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 (OC Edition)

MOBO - ASUS Sabertooth 990FX AM3+ AMD 990FX OR GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6GB/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

I was also hoping that this (paired with 8gb of RAM) would be capable of BF3 on ultra settings with a 1080p. (30-50 fps). All opinions, suggestions, and advice will being appreciated.

P.S. an intel vs. AMD war is not very affective IMO. :pfff:

More about mobo bottleneck
  1. Well, you don't have a hard drive, DVD drive, case, or PSU, which are all necessary components. Do you already own these?
  2. Thank you for the response, i left those components out becuase they seamed unimportant to the subject of CPu + GPu + MOBO, but i am using a OCZ agility SSD, 650 watt PSU and a samsung blu-ray player. Im still undecided on the case.

P.S. sorry i waited until now to reply, time got away from me.
