Is the OCZ PSU good?

I wouldn't get the OCZ PSU, I've heard bad things. I'd get a Corsair. But it's all compatible as far as I can see.

Why do you need a $200 sound card? Are you doing any kind of music production or sound editing? If you are just using the sound system to play music then you probably don't need a discrete sound card. That would free up another $200 so that you could add a 128 GB SSD and an optical drive.
