technically, one can use a docking system, but the docking system itself is very expensive, a middle end gpu + a dock will put you around 500$ alone. which inches closer to actually buying a new laptop on its own.

The vidock uses an expresscard which you do not have. Your other choice would be a diy egpu through your mpcie. You only have 1 physical slot, which is why all of them say physical slot #0. This can be easily accessed on the bottom of your laptop, however it is currently being used by your wireless card.

PE4H-PM3N=~$115
Gpu=~$100 (although I'd recommend used to save money)
Psu=~$40
I will warn it may be buggy or not even work. Same thing will happen with a vidock. If you'd like to go ahead, I won't stop you, but selling your laptop and using this money towards a desktop will be better performance.
