Good Source for SRAM?

I've been having a hard time finding a piece of SRAM to replace the defective piece on my motherboard. It's for an FIC PT-2003. I found a good site with a lot of compatible part numbers: http://www.fic.com.tw/techsupport/faq/faqs01pt-2003.htm - but I cannot find any distributors that currently sell any of these. Any suggestions on either places that sell SRAM or how to overcome the slow system speed because of the lack of cache RAM? Thanks for any help you can provide.
