I just bought my computer from a reliable website who builds computers, and ive had this for about 1 month now. recently my computer has been turning off during starcraft 2 due to overheating around 90-105 Celsius. This has been happening for the last week id say. I have tried making sure everything is plugged in tightly into the graphics card. Ive noticed that the graphics card fan will try to spin and then it will turn off and repeat this process.
specs :
intel i5 2500k cpu
radeon 6870 graphics card
1 tb hardrive
8 gb of ram
liquid cooling system standard 120 mm fan
750 watt corsair psu
ASUS P8Z68-V LX mobo
windows 7

Ive tried reinstalling video drivers, system restore, check graphics card plugin, different power cord, changed fan speed.

it also sometimes blue screens and restarts over just watching a video

Ive also just tried plugin in my HD radeon 4670 into the rig and it had the same results (overheated to 90-105 Celsius and fan didnt work)

what could this bE?
