Is a 650W PSU enough for GTX560 Ti 2Gb?

Specs are as follow

intel Q9550 quad core
Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS4P
WD 1Tb
WD 200gb
Antec TruePower650w
6gb OCZ DDR2 1066hz
Creative sound card
LG blu-ray burner
TP-Link Wireless card
Antec sonata III case

Current VGA: MSI 4870 512mb
I'm also planning to swap the 200gb HDD to for a WD 2TB Green, just wanna know if my current PSU will be sufficient
