My pc cofiguration help?

hey guys i am going to built a pc for high resolution gaming so i can play latest games and upcoming games next year ...
my pc specs will be -
cooler master haf 912 advanced mid tower cabinet
ASRock Z77 Pro3 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 motherboard
Sapphire Radeon HD 7970
i7-3770k
and 8 gb ram

need help with the power supply ...pls help

Well for a system with a single HD 7970 a good quality 600 watt PSU is more than enough.
Buy quality PSU from seasonic or corsair like this ones:
