Hdmi into motherboard or graphics card

I have the asus p8z77-v motherboard and a gtx 670 gpu. Both have an hdmi port but I'm not sure which one I should plug into. Any help would be great.

you definately want it running off your gtx 670. Not the slower intel HD graphics.

If you plug it into the motherboard, it is going to use the motherboard graphics. If you plug it into the 670, you are going to use the 670 graphics.

Really? If you want to use your cpu's built in gpu, plug into the mobo.
