So. I'm making a new beast. I'm planning on water cooling, wire sleeves, ETC ETC.

So far I have..

Case : Corsair 800D (Shipping)
PSU : Corsair AX1200i Modular Platinum Series [Arrived]
Mobo : ASUS Rampage IV Formula LGA 2011 Intel X79 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard (Shipping)
CPU : i7 3930k (Shipping)
GPU : 2x GTX 690 set in SLI [Arrived]
Ram : G.SKILL Trident X Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2400 (PC3 19200)
HDD : 1x 2TB Seagate Barracuda [Arrived]
SSD : 2x Samsung 830 256gb (Shipping)
Fan Controller : Lamptron FC8
Optical Drive: LITE-ON Blu-ray Burner with 3D Playback SATA iHBS212-08
Sleeving : Black, Red, and White Sleeving from MDPC-X [Calculating ftw!]

Watercooling Initial Stage

Reservoir : Koolance RP-452X2
Pumps : 2x Alphacool VPP655
Radiator : Black Ice SR-1 360
CPU Block : EK Supremacy Universal CPU Liquid Cooling Block - Nickel (EK-Supremacy - Nickel) [Plexi Top]
Fans : 6x Cooler Master SickleFlow 120x25mm Super Silent Fan - Red LED - (R4-L2R-20AR-R1) [Push pull config on the Rad]
Tubing : Figuring it out.

Later on I'll be installing a 240 rad, and setting up water cooling on my GTX 690s.

As Far as OC goes, I'll be trying to get a stable 4.8 to 5.2... We'll see. >>

I have 3 1920x1080 monitors, So I'll be running surround SLI for a 5760 x 1080 resolution

I'll be going with a Black + Red theme, with some white highlights.

Yep, even at 5760x1080, 2 690s is ridiculously overkill.

690 SLi? i guess you are doing "absolute bragging rights" thing.anyways here are some suggestions-
if this a pure gaming rig, then go with i5 3570k.
1.5V and 1600mhz is safe and best possible condition for ram.8GB is more than enough for gaming and other general stuff.
SSDs from good brands(Crucial,Samsung,Kingston,Mushkin etc) are very reliable and have very low failure rates.
i don't know much about watercooling but i highly doubt that a 360mm rad is enough for 5GHz~ cpu and 690s.you can add another 240mm rad at the bottom of the 800D.
if you want black+orange color scheme then go with all black case like 800D and cougar 120mm fans.

I've had a couple SSD's. 1 was from OCZ and the other from Samsung. And they both died within 3 months. I refuse to pay for another piece of s*** when I can pay the same amount for 2TB and set it to a raid AND Have it last 4 years. F*** SSD's.

Not really bragging rights, I just don't want to update anything for about 4 years.

@ the radiators, I was actually thinking about that. I saw a great tutorial from Westcoastmods where he used a 360 in the top and a 240 in the bottom, came out looking fantastic. I'm going to be researching a lot more into water cooling and people's setups + OC a little later to get a better idea.

Right now I have a cooler master storm sniper case that's air cooling a 4.4 OC on a 2600k and a 560ti sli setup.

I see 0 reason to upgrade, but I guess that's your pick.

You should get 3 more monitors with two 690's take the bezels off and have a killer setup. (I had to use word killer)

I vote for Black, Blue and white.

ASRock just came out with a board they say is the best in the world. It's here:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157327 The Youtube video is pretty convincing.

Bast of luck

my brother has got a crucial m4 128GB and dad has got a mushkin enhaanced chronos deluxe 120GB,both are working very well.OCZ has highest failure rates in ssds but i think they did well with the vertex 4 series.so,a ssds is a great investment.
if you already have a 2600k @4.4GHz then why are you upgrading???? 3930k will show unnoticeable difference in gaming.560Ti SLi is great for 1080p but on eyefinity, you need more power.690s are way overkill,go with 670s or 680s with 4GB vram as most of the modern games are VRAM demanding at such high resolutions.for AMD,hd radeon 7970 CF setup will also work well.

i can't imagine a setup with 5 monitors lmao xD

Upon a crapload of research, I'm finding that SSD's aren't as instable as the first generations (Which is what i tried apparently), so I'll go ahead and look into them.
