Dual monitors, different sizes, can't achieve max resolution for bigger monitor
I'm running on windows 7 64-bit on an Intel Core i5, and have an ATI Radeon HD 4600 graphics card (HDMI, DVI, and VGA outputs)
Right now I have my 25" monitor connected with HDMI, and my 20" monitor on DVI.
The max resolutions using Control Panel > Display > Screen Resolution is the highest option for both monitors. 25" - 1920 x 1080 20" - 1680 x 1050
the 20" is perfect, but the 25" leaves a significant black border around the usable screen. I obviously want to be able to use the entire screen but the max option for resolution is 1920x1080. Please help! Thanks.

In CCC properties for digital panel select scaling option to full screen/monitor.
So basically there wasn't a way to make the unusable border usable, but just fill the screen up...
