Cpu vs video card water cooling

This product says it's a CPU cooler. Do Nvidia Hydro-Copper cards require a separate water cooling system or can this product do both?

I don't see why it wouldn't work for both, I mean you would need to to get the block for both the CPU and GPU, but it should be able to handle the GPU on the same loop as the CPU. As long as you have a decent rad.
