Screen goes black but PC is still running?

I have had this issue and i just restart it and it works then does it again an hour later. I have updated my drivers and everything i could. I even cleaned the inside of my PC.

My Specs:
AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 250 Processor 3.00 GHz
Ram: 4.00 GB
64 bit Windows 7 Ultimate
ATI Radeon HD 5670
