Hey, so right now, I have the computer parts listed:

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) SP1
CPU: Core 2 Quad Q8300 @ 2.5GHz
RAM: 8GB (2GBx4) Dual-Channel DDR2 @399MHz
Motherboard: Pegatron Corp. Benicia
GPU: XFX Radeon 6770 HD 1GB
HDD: 596GB Western Digital @7200RPM
PSU: 850w thermaltake

I just ordered off of newegg:

Case: Rosewill Challenger Mid ATX Case (2x 120mm fans, 1x 140mm fan)
RAM: Mushkin Enhanced Blackline DDR3 8GB (4GBx2) @1600MHz
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
CPU: AMD FX 8320 @3.5GHz/4.0GHz turbo

-I get horrible FPS on MW2, MW3, Planetside 2 (with everything on low/off)

-but I get 60+fps on APB Reloaded, Just Cause 2, Portal 2, Gotham City Impostors, Minecraft(with 128bit texturepacks and some shaders), etc. ON HIGH SETTINGS

~I can play Saints Row 3 on medium with 40-60fps, except when it rains or there's a lot of people in one place.
~any source game runs 40-90+ fps with EVERYTHING maxed out~

SO, main thing is, will the parts that I bought off of newegg greatly increase my gaming? I'm keeping my GPU, PSU, and HDD with the new build.

Well I mean, I saw some videos on youtube of gaming using my graphics card, getting 80+ fps, but they had a way better CPU and RAM. So I just wanted to know why they got better performance than me :p

Hi :)

Almost all of those videos are faked that's why...

All the best Brett :)

Well, what would be the best GFX card for less than $170?
