Is this a good build? Anything I can do to get the cost down?

I'm trying to build a 3D movie and 3D PC. That can run modern games at 1080p Ultra settings.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Never done a PC build before but after days of research this is what I came with.

:D

The thing about 3D is it cuts your frame rates almost by half. It gets spendy with Nvidia transmitter, glasses, etc... and then your going to want to jump to a dual card set up asap to be able to play newer games at ultra. Have you thought about a non 3D build? And is this a Canadian or US build ?

Hi, thanks for your reply. Its a Canadian build, and yes I know if I cut 3D Id save about close to $500. I dont have a home theater and I understand about the framerate hit, but I really want to experience 3D movies as well, if the 3D gaming doesnt work out, then thats ok as long as I get max settings in games. Also I really want a 120Hz screen for the smoothness in Windows.

I'm trying to cut it down even more, but what do you think is there any more room to cut the price? or I'm I pretty much locked in? Since the big items are the GPU, CPU, and the monitor, plus that kit which I really have no choice but to get.

Thanks :)
