I know I messed up, but will this still work?

Hello,

the only problem I now notice with the pc parts I bought for a new build is that my ram is faster built than my processor.

I haven't put it together yet, but will this ram still work with this processor?

I would really appreciate the help, for I am a noob and a self taught amateur.

Thank you very much.

Also, is my power supply big enough for these items?

MB ASROCK|Z77 OC FOMULA Z77 LGA1155

VGA SAPPHIRE|100352FLEX-2 HD7950 3G

SSD 90G|CORSAIR CSSD-F90GBGT-BK R

HDD 2T|ST STBD2000101 7K R

CPU COOLER CM| RR-H612-20PK-R3 R

My power supply is:
PSU CORSAIR| HX850 850W R

Again, thank you so much if you take the time to check for me, I could really use the help.

More about messed work
  1. PSU is fine ,ram should work , but clocked lower , not 100% sure on ram . looks good
  2. Thank you so much, do I have to manually clock the ram lower so it runs better? I've never gotten into overclocking. You do it through BIOS right?
  3. the ram should be detected as 1600mhz ddr3, you would need to manualy change it to the higher speeds if your motherbd supports them.

the ram will clock itself down , nothing to do , unless you want it running at the hhigher speeds . Don;t think you'll see much of a difference though
