$900 Gaming Build - Your opinion?

This is my first time building a computer myself, and I hope to have people with more experience check to see if everything works out fine (or, if possible, there's a better alternative to what's on the list).

Approximate Purchase Date: This week

Budget Range: Around $900

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, watching videos, surfing the Internet

Are you buying a monitor: Yes

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg, Amazon

Location: Phoenix, AZ USA

Parts Preferences: No preference

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe

Your Monitor Resolution: 1900x1080 or 1900x1200

Additional Comments: Types of games>FPS games, RPGs, & Strategy Games.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: My current computer is an old, poor build, and it's time to move somewhere better.

I'm moving the hard drive ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=22-136-769 ) and optical drive over, so those don't need to be included.

Thank you for your help. :)
