Hello their folks, I am seeking help. I have bought a MSI Z77MA-G45 Z77 Socket 1155 motherboard as in link below.

I have bought this board without doing much homework and kinda assumed it would accomodate a 3rd gen i5 3570 ivy bridge cpu. Is this board ready for a 3rd generation cpu to be installed without a bios flash? Changing motherboard aint an option and I don`t have a sandy bridge cpu to do a flash if one is needed. Can anyone if this board is ready straight from the box to accomoate a 3rd gen ivy bridge?
