My computer won't recognize graphics card

Hello,
My computer is saying that i have a standert VGA-graphics card in my pc but i have put a "ATI Radeon HD4670" card in it and install it and when i open op a game (Minecraft) it says that the video card isn't good enough and i really don't know what to do i have tried to uninstall it and install it again and all sort's of thing's so i hope you can help me.

You need to install the drivers that came with the card or download the latest and install.

Is your monitor connected to the graphics card, or is it still hooked up to the motherboard's connector?
