Question about asus gtx 670 direct cu II

Ok there are 2 versions direct cu II and direct cu II top. My question is will the normal one oc to the same as the top version? Thanks for reading

It's not likely, but entirely possible. The TOP chips are selected after passing higher quality standards. The ones that don't pass go into the regular cards. Still, each chip is unique in its overclocking capabilities.
