Quiet Build

I need recommendation for a quiet build. So far I have the case picked out and processor. Need advice on Motherboard, Graphics card, Power Supply.

Case:
Fractal Design Define R4

CPU:
Core i5 3570k

its cheap for the series and quality. if he has the money, id spring for it

i could get a pc power and cooling mk3 600w for 49.99 after MIR and it would be around the same quality as the m12Ii 620w

I have about $800-$1000 budget. If I can get everything for under $800 that would be great but if I have to spend a bit more for quiet parts I'm willing to do so. The last build I did (4 years ago) was loud and all you can hear are the fans. I really need the build to be quiet as possible.

if you want it to be even more silent, you could grab a noctua nh-c14 but the case should keep the stock fan quiet enough

I saw that newegg has the Seasonic X750 for the same price as the X650. Any difference there besides the wattage? If not I'm going to get the X750.

no they are around the same. you could get a pc power and cooling mk3 600w for 49.99 after MIR at us.ncix.com. very quiet and performs pretty well. made by delta

If I dont plan on overclocking will the stock fan work ok or will it get too hot?

it will work fine but its just louder than aftermarket fans
