Purchasing a new graphics card

Hey everyone I'm new here and i was just wondering if anyone could give me a few suggestions or ideas about questions. I have a Dell Inspirion 530 which is bone stock and I wanted to update my graphics card. i've been doing some research and someone gave me a suggestion of getting either a GTX 460 or Radeon HD 6850, with a 500-600 watt PSU. I have a budget of about $200. Some of the games i want to play on my PC are Battlefield 3,Call of Duty, and GTA IV, I don't really need to be ran on maximum setting but I want some at least decent graphics. Thanks in-advance.

probably 6870, if you have an extra $100 get 7850. I had a 6850 and ran games great mid-high settings, i could max starcraft, mw3, portal 2 etc at steady 60fps. Changed over to the 680 but its 3x the price

Well Thanks everyone for all the suggestions I think I've made my decision. Does anyone have any videos or guides of how to install them. And just of of curiosity what it be a good idea to possibly upgrade my CPU, and what would be the best one.
