[Help] Unknown Issue

Hi, the toms hardware

I don't know what happen with my PC

first my PC spec :
Intel Core i5 3570K
Asrock Z77 Extreme 3
HIS Radeon 7770 Ghz Ed.
Corsair Vengeance 4Gbx2

error message appear when i installing a game

"error
corrupt from the source E:\blablabla\blablabla\blabla.exe"

Then i copy all files inside that DVD to my HDD, everything seems ok no error message found.
and i install the game that i had been copied and that error message appear again.

the game are : Assassin creed 3, Hitman Absolution and MOW Warfighter


i don't know how to fix that, i hope you can help to solve my issue
