What Graphics Card should I get?

Hello,
I really want a new graphics card. Mine can only run bad games on their worst graphics settings. I wanted to get Diablo III but I doubt I'd be able to run it.

I went in to Best Buy with my computer specs, and the guy said there weren't any graphics cards in stock that would fit my computer.

What graphics card should I get?

Specs:
Model s5220f
HP Slimline
2 Processors at 2.56Ghz
4 GB Ram
Current graphics card: Intel GMA 3100
64-bit
Windows 7 Home Premium
640 GB

Written on the power input:
100-127V-6A
50/60Hz 200-240V-3A

off the subject; there should be a tax on people who buy slim line PCs and then want to game on them.

on the subject; try the Nvidia GT 640 low profile card. it hardly draws power and will run diablo III fine at medium settings at resolution like 1600x900. while AMD has some better performance cards at low efficiency, they are all PCI-E 2.1 cards and can cause issue with older mobos with PCI-E 1.0 slots that rely on mass vendor BIOS like HP.

off the subject: don't shop at best buy.

The tax should actually be against people who sell slimline PCs without warning the buyer.

If I had known I wouldn't be able to run any games on this I wouldn't have bought it :/.
