hi i want to build a computer and these are the components:

i have :
intel core 2 duo e6300 1.86 Ghzwill overclock
2+1 gigs of ddr2 677Mhz pc5300 non ecc ram
160 gig sata 3 hard drive with windows 7 ultimate
lite-on dvd burner

i will buy:

i know the graphics card is pcie 3.0 and the motherboard only supports pcie 1.0 but its alright. i know the cpu is kind of old but ive been running it at stock at 1.86 and its pretty fast in my opinion. i plan to oberclock it so does anyone know how far i can go with it with the zalman cooler that i will buy. i also plan to overclock the memory to 800Mhz.
if it all goes as planned and the components will be goo together i will be building my first computer

id recommend a complete overhaul. overclocking isnt quite enough to match current performance standards
