I've AMD sempron 145 with biostar N68S3B geforce cocket AM3 motherboard will this motherboard support DDR3 graphic card please help...........avi_khawash@yahoo.com

It will accept any card that has a PCI-E slot x16. Also DDR3 for a graphics card is GDDR3, it just means how fast the Video Ram is for the card. It has nothing to do with your actual RAM for you computer system.

Your motherboard has 1 PCI-E x16 slot.

Yes, it will supports DDR3, but tell first how much power supply do you have? minimum 450w is recommended for graphics card.
