Can this pc run Crysis 2 properly?
And on what settings?
These are the specifications of the pc:
CPU: Core 2 Duo E7600 @3.06GHz
GPU: GTX550 Ti
RAM: 4GB

Depends on the resolution aswell, I'd have to say about medium in general. Some settings might have to be on low as that is a older dual core.

Mouse24 is bang on the money there! Most likely have to drop the settings a little.

I've a similarly older tech setup : Q6600 at 3ghz, 4gbs Ram, and GTX260 core 216.

I can play Crysis 2 on high, and it runs smotthly at reasonably high FPS (60fps aprox), but with some drops to about 45 fps here and there. It's not the most demanding game GFX wise, specially on DX9 but for high/enthusiast settings your gonna need some upgrades!

i have no problems (60+ fps) with my 550ti on ultra- one below extreme @ 1920 1080.

that E7600 will take longer to load the game but once your playing, you're good.
