my budget is getting very tight with so far what i have so ill be looking for a gpu at $100-140 & the cheapest motherboard available. Also im not sure how much wattage i need so i picked one that was on sale and comes with a dvd drive. is that much wattage necessary or should i find one thats cheaper?

*also this guy at the swap meet is selling win7 activation keys for $25, he says they are legit. Is that a scam?

What is your budget?

As for Win 7, yes, that is a scam. Product keys are bound to one computer at a time if it is OEM and selling them is against the law.

My budget is less than $600.

That PSU is a bit overkill, but its on special and comes bundled with a ~$20 optical, you wont find better value. Its a good brand as well.

To save a bit of cash you could drop the CPU cooler. The CPU should come with a stock one.

Get 2x4GB RAM, 1x8GB is more expensive. Also make it 1600Mhz, its faster.
Corsair XMS3 8GB (2x4GB) 1600Mhz CL9 1.5v. $46
