Looks solid to me. Should be able to play most games at decent settings. Wouldn't get my hopes up about running current and future games on ultra though.

What are you looking to run on this?

Mostly Battlefield 3, maybe call of duty here and there.

I would expect a 680 to kill any game, why wouldn't this happen?
I can play high preset on BF3 with my 7850 at a solid 50-60fps.

Thanks, I'll be using some rebates and this beast (at least for me) should total out to around $1200

In my novice opinion the GTX680 will kill and I will effortlessly be able to OC the 2500k to 4.5ghz. Ultimate gaming machine for me.

There is a lot of headroom to Overclock that build. Seeing as you are going 1155, Have you looked into any Ivy Bridge set ups? Can't remember off hand, but isn't Broadwell going to be 1155? Just something to think about for upgradablilty.

I'm not really familiar with the ivy bridge, plus I heard the 2500k is basically a "gamer's" CPU considering it's overclocking ability...

Most people on my cooler can reach 5ghz which is incredible at the 219 pricetag

Sry I was mistaken. I was thinking Haswell, not Broadwell. And that is to be an 1150 Socket.
