Need help chooseing a graphics card

look for a below $50 good gaming card that can play

oblivion
skyrim
fallout 3 GOTY
starcraft 2
bioshock 1 & 2
he

have found a pny gt or gtx 210 or 240 for $40
wondering if there is a better buy for the money

by the way i have a pci express x16 1.0 slot if that helps

No card for under $50 will be able to play those games. You'll need to spend at least $110 to be sure you'll get stable fps on medium settings. Also, you'll need a pretty good CPU.

You can also look into the 6450 to open up your options. Some of the reviewers are able to play at least modified medium and has Directx 11 support.
