First Custom PC Build ($900 build)

I'm going for around a $900 build but have about $700 at the moment. I was thinking of just doing the build and purchasing a graphics card later on.

Case(119.99) - NZXT Phantom Full Tower -

Motherboard(104.99) - ASRock Z68 PRO3 GEN3 Intel Z68 ATX DDR3 1066 Intel - LGA 1155 Motherboard -

CPU - ($199.99 on Amazon, can get cheaper at MicroCenter) - i5-2500k -

Memory - ($50.45) - G.SKILL 8GB (2 x 4GB) Ripjaws X Series DDR3 1333MHz (PC3-10666) 240-Pin. Desktop Memory F3-10666CL9D-8GBXL -

PSU - ($54.99) - LEPA B550-SA 550W SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply -

HDD - ($89.99) - SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive -

Are these parts good/is this a good build?

Any ideas on a graphics card?

P.S. I hope to order most if not all of the parts from Amazon versus Newegg as I can get free shipping.

  2. Right now best performance for price is in the nvidia gtx 670 which keeps up with 680 quite well. Nice motherboard deal verbalizer.
  3. I really want the case that I chose, but I'll consider the other two combos.

As for the graphics card.. I'm thinking something around $200.
