What should I upgrade?

I am planning to buy this computer http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
But people say the power supply is bad or you should upgrade the video card can anyone help me?

Oops, i'll edit that. Anyway, what I mean is on a budget it's better off to go intel currently, they outperform amd,and at least a hd 6870.

It is,it just gets beat by core i3 2120/2100 especially in gaming performance.

then which prossecor should I buy and is it easy to install it?

For gaming,the core i3 2120 is the best on that budget with a hd6870/7850 or gtx560/560ti/570
remember an Intel processor won't fit in that amd build if you already have it.

That is a better build,though the GT 520 is a really old card,it's not any better than integrated graphics,I think its a gimmick. Use the free PCIeƗ16 slot for this

It has a low power supply requirement and will play the games you mentioned perfectly well.
