HD 7850 oc

Hello I need help. I just build a new PC and everything is running fine but the graphics card. At 1920 x 1080 1080p its not filling up the whole monitor(22" monitor). I have fixed the issue in windows and got it to fit the full screen but in games it still leaves a black border and is not using the full screen. I'm using 12.4 drivers.

PC specs

AM3+ 3.2 CPU
Asus Crosshair V Formula Mother Board
1000w CoolerMaster Power supply
8g G Skill 1600 ram
HD 7850 OC Graphics Card.

Have you adjusted the settings in the game's graphics/video option & set the resolution to 1920x1080?

Also can you give a screen shot to give the readers better idea of your problem?

Any chance you can get the Cooler Master Power supplied replaced & get some refund? In the first place, 1000W is too much. You do not need it for your current configuration and even if you get a 2nd 7850 to crossfire along the way. Secondly, Cooler Master are not great PSU maker. I would recommend a Corsair CX600W at the least which should cost only around $70 & possibly $50 if you avail of the mail in rebate:
